Re: Any issues upgrading to Gambas 3.15 stable in Mint 19.3?
Cogier I am running Arch Linux but I will double check what's installed. Apparently this seems to be an Arch problem. But here is a screen shot of both the IDE and the actual running program. https://i.postimg.cc/g233dKkc/Negative.png On the left is the IDE and the right is the program actually runn...

I wouldn't recommend upgrading to Gambas 3.15. It's buggy with some rather major bugs. All my programs that use images are now negatives. While they display correctly in the IDE they show up as negatives in the running program.

Re: Upgrade to Ubuntu 20.04 broke Gambas
You could use Synaptic to load the missing libraries but Gambas 3.15 is buggy at best. I wouldn't recommend going with the latest version yet.

Gambas 3.15 is out
Gambas 3.15 is out but personally I have a problem with the new update. All my images are displaying as negatives. The only way I have found to make them display correctly is to invert the images manually. Other then that one problem it works really great.

Gambas on top ten programming languages
Was looking around at the best programming languages for Linux and found one web site that included Gambas. While all the other languages had pretty much a laundry list of cons, Gambas had only one con listed. That one con was that it wasn't cross platform. Since you can run Gambas on Windows now I ...

Re: help converting function from vb6 to gambas
Tiberius check out the project showcase portion. There is a program I wrote which is a simple filing cabinet program. I included a collection of examples from Gambas, some from me and some from others. It might give you some answers to your questions. Welcome to the Gambas world and to Gambas One.

Re: Package as Appimage
Actually grayghost4 it works rather well for programming for others. You just have to keep in mind that there are differences between the way the different versions of Linux handles the programs. Some versions use GTK as the basis for graphical interfaces while other use either QT4 or QT5. On my fri...
