You made me laugh!
Unfortunately, when I was doing service i often encountered minor problems turned into post-tornado pictures...
I guess 75% of the questions, appear in real life as "Major trouble".
Years ago, when I first encountered the meaning of RTFM, I laughed. Then I started providing computer service and the laughing, went away...
It's sad, but nevertheless, true...
