What's happening with v3.16.0 updates?

I've lost count, but I seem to have had 3 or 4 updates to Gambas v3.16.0 since it was initially released, but each time, the version number remains at 3.16.0.

What's going on?

I have never seen a problem.

Re: Multi line text areas

I am new to GAMBAS. I have VB.net experience. What I am trying to do is append text to my textarea. In VB.net I would use textbox.appendtext("Line" & vbcrlf) ...Below is where I am at and the issue is with the inputext replaces the information in the box and not appends the text. So what am I doing...

Re: The "Why I use {distro name} Linux" thread

Using Ubuntu or a 'buntu derivative does provide a benefit to Gambas users in that the ' Gambas Team ' maintain a PPA on Launchpad. So once added to your system, you are notified of updates and the update process is easy:- https://launchpad.net/~gambas-team/+archive/ubuntu/gambas3 I don't know if th...

Bruce gets recognition in Gambas 3.16.0

Described as " a huge release " Gambas 3.16.0 installed itself on my computer early this morning. There is certainly a long list of changes and enhancements described in the Release Notes, and while I was checking the inclusion of " platform " and " GUI Toolkit " to the About Gambas... dialog, our v...

Good morning Doc, I think you may have missed the point that these codes may vary (as Bruce also pointed out) between systems due to use of qt or gtk. Using the Constant names (as grayghost4 pointed out) is the way to code for y...

Re: Trapping Return - Serious problem ?

...Then I noticed something : when changing the Key.[Name] the list of available keynames is shown. They are preceded by a blue or red dot. When I try a blue-dotted one, like Key.Alt, Key.Shift, the result is False. When choosing a red-dotted one, like Key.Return, Key.F1, the result is True. And, a...
